Hi ! It's Denise!

I have deep roots in a family business, and it felt like the most natural path for me to continue that journey after gaining valuable experience in the corporate world. My journey has spanned creative endeavors, from a fine art services, corporate branded environments, to my own marketing agency, authorship, and professional speaking. I've always remained true to my creative, purpose-driven nature.

 I believe in the power of knowledge sharing and am passionate about helping others.

Evolving with the marketplace, trends and client's visions, I have been thrilled to spend three decades in strategic marketing and sales leadership roles. 

Today, I guide companies and individuals to become more agile in changing business environments, fueling creativity, driving growth, inspiring connection and innovation.  Coaching allows me to share my expertise to the multigenerational workplace and economy. 

My executive experiences span from global event design, to strategic account sales management, 

to high-level fine art services, 

start-up technologies,

and agency work. 

I share insights from both years in leadership and as an entrepreneur, with wit and wisdom, in relevant ways, to inspire the audience to  move forward in their pursuits, delivering customized keynotes and unique trainings for companies, conferences and events.  

My Daily Drive, an Agenda for Your Mind, Body Spirit  & Lifestyle is a method  designed to foster reflection and transformation. It has been taught in workshops for sales teams, human resource teams, and educational institutions, including management level courses at Southern Connecticut State University.

A pioneer in live stream talk, from 2016 to 2018, I was the creator, curator and host, for one of the live stream weekly shows on HAN Network, The Daily Drive with Denise. 

We had purpose driven leaders, entrepreneurs, writers, actors, athletics,  all types of guests from all walks of life, sharing their trails, and triumphs, with the goal to share their stories to help others #MoveForward!

The show  continued on as my own motivational recorded live podcast, until 2020. 

Fall of 2023 we have launched a new show/podcast,

I am a passionate about helping others succeed.  For me, sharing authentic stories with wit and humor has big benefits. Laughing can extend to all, and is a powerful tool for bringing people closer together, managing conflict, solving problems, and reducing tension.
